My beginner class is the perfect way to start your journey towards a healthier and happier life.
This class will teach you the basics of yoga and help you get started on making positive changes in your life. I will teach you how to make goals and stay motivated so that you can keep making progress in the long term.
Intermediate Classes
Congratulations! You’ve made it to the intermediate level.
With this class, I’ll help you learn all the best techniques and strategies that come with being experienced in yogic therapy and meditation. For these poses, you need a good base in yoga which means that you already have the beginner routine understood and have mastered the transitions between classical basic poses as well as the main standing and mat positions.
We are going to be going deeper into positions that need strength and help develop overall flexibility.
Advanced Classes
Now that you have a strong foundation in yoga, it’s time to take your practice to the next level.
In these sessions, I will help you explore advanced yoga poses that require both strength and flexibility.
With time and practice, you will be able to master these more challenging positions.
