To register or purchase from All The Best Life Studios online booking system, you must be over 18 years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration are accurate and complete.
All services purchased from All The Best Life must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completing a studio waiver form that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation. The All The Best Life content is not directed to persons under 18 years of age, and by providing information about yourself to All The Best Life you are stating that you are at least 18 years of age in order to participate. By agreeing to this during registration, you represent and certify that you are legally able to enter into any and all purchase agreements with All The Best Life and its partners, vendors, agents and service providers. The applicant also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of All The Best Life Studios and acknowledge that these rules and regulations may change from time to time. All applicants release All The Best Life, along with its owners and employees from all liability regarding injury or destruction of or loss of personal property.
Payment for Products or Services
All Credit Cards will be processed in Canadian dollars at the time of payment. All The Best Life Studios is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions, Credit Card companies or overseas fees.
Return/Refund Policy
All packages and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gift cards are valid for up to one year after purchase.
Workshop Registration
Online or in-person registration prior to the start date is required. If you are unable to attend a workshop and require to cancel your reservation in the workshop, we can offer you a refund minus a 20% processing fee if you notify the studio at least 2 weeks prior to the workshop date. Refund credits are non-transferable and account for only the sessions remaining at the time you requested cancellation. Refund credits can be used for future classes. No refunds or credit will be issued for absence from the workshop. Cash Refunds will not be issued.
Live Class Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours notice must be given to the studio and schedule coordinator via email for any cancellation or changes required for live classes.
If less than 48 hours notice is given to All The Best Life, a fee equivalent to the rate of one private class will be charged to your account. This cancellation fee is due immediately prior to scheduled make-up dates for cancelled classes.
Terms of Use
If you access and use All The Best Life services and products, you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using the All The Best Life website and its contents.
